• Create and manage your account, authenticate you, and keep the service secure.

• Enable social features, such as connecting with friends and viewing shared activity (as configured by you).

Sharing & Third-Party Services

We use trusted third-party providers to operate parts of ThermalWin. These providers may process information on our behalf in accordance with their terms and privacy policies.

• Firebase (authentication and app infrastructure)
• Stripe (payment processing and subscription management)
• Google Cloud (data and optional photo storage)

We may also share information if required by law, to protect rights and safety, or in connection with a business transaction (such as a merger or acquisition).

Data Retention

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. You may request deletion of your account by contacting us.

• Photos are optional: you can use ThermalWin without uploading photos.
• Social settings: you control whether and how you connect with friends.
• Access and deletion: you can request access to or deletion of your information by emailing support.
