ThermalWin may offer free and paid plans, including free trials. If you purchase a subscription, your payment will be processed by our payment provider (e.g., Stripe) or through the app store platform you used. Subscription fees, renewal terms, and cancellation options may vary based on your platform.

Unless you cancel before renewal, subscriptions may renew automatically. You can manage or cancel your subscription using the method provided at purchase (such as your Apple/Google account settings, if applicable).

ThermalWin is provided for informational and tracking purposes only and is not medical advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting or changing any health regimen. Use sauna, cold plunge, and cold exposure responsibly and at your own risk.

Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design and software, is owned by ThermalWin and its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute the Service except as permitted by law.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or if needed to protect the Service or other users. You may stop using the Service at any time.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ThermalWin will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid to use the Service in the twelve (12) months prior to the event giving rise to the claim (or $0 if you have not paid).

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date and may provide additional notice in the app.
